Todd DeBoer is the Senior Sales Agent for The Condo Showroom, and has successfully closed more than 200 transactions in his career. Mr. DeBoer has been a Realtor specializing in the San Diego Condo Market since 2000, and was the first agent brought on board with The Condo Showroom back in 2006. Todd has successfully helped an array of clients from first time home buyers to large investment groups, and will utilize his vast experience to help seamlessly navigate his clients through the most complex real estate transactions. 

Besides being an expert in San Diego Real Estate, Mr. DeBoer also prides himself on being extremely attentive and responsive to every one of his clients. Todd feels this is a lost art in the real estate industry, and believes buyers and sellers in this fast paced market need an agent who not only has a command of the market, but is also easily accessible. Todd answers his cell phone when called, and responds to emails within minutes. His goal is for each buyer, seller, or tenant he is working with to feel like they are his only client, by providing the highest level of service imaginable. 

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina. He is also a proud father and an avid sports fan.
